     For more than four decades, CENTURY 21 Professionals has proudly helped buyers, sellers, investors, and families navigate one of life's most important decisions—buying and selling real estate.​     Our story began in the mid-1980s when Patricia Downing founded CENTURY 21 Downing & Associates. Built on a foundation of honesty, professionalism, and exceptional client service, the company quickly earned the trust of clients throughout Braintree and the surrounding South Shore communities.​     
 

    In 1999, Broker/Owner Kimberly Allard  joined the firm, bringing a passion for client advocacy, education, and professional excellence. In 2000, the company evolved into CENTURY 21 Professionals when Kimberly became an equal partner.    
 

    The original partners of CENTURY 21 Professionals included Patricia Downing, Richard Donovan (retired), Joseph Luongo (retired), and Kimberly Allard. The partnership was later joined by Kathy Harkins, whose dedication, compassion, and commitment to both clients and colleagues became an important part of our company's success.​     
 

    Since 2000, CENTURY 21 Professionals has operated from its office at 72 Hancock Street in South Braintree Square. Before relocating to our current location at 817 Washington Street,  the company was located just a short distance away, also within South Braintree Square—reflecting our deep roots and long-standing commitment to the Braintree community.​     

 

    Today, CENTURY 21 Professionals remains an independently owned and operated brokerage and has proudly been part of the CENTURY 21® System for more than 40 years. While the real estate industry has changed dramatically over the years, our commitment to integrity, education, ethical representation, and exceptional customer service has never changed.
