Real estate disputes often hinge on whether a real estate professional met the accepted standard of care. As a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker with more than 28 years of experience, I provide independent expert witness services for attorneys, insurance carriers, brokerages, and courts in matters involving residential real estate transactions, brokerage practices, and professional standards.

My opinions are based on industry standards, state regulations, the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, customary brokerage practices, and decades of hands-on experience representing buyers and sellers, managing transactions, training real estate professionals, and serving in leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels.
